A twelve-SKU jam range that had to read from two metres away in a badly lit farm shop. We threw out the illustration brief and let the fruit colour do the sorting.

We started in 2016 doing labels for a single olive-oil producer and never got around to growing. Six people, one room, no account layer between you and whoever is drawing your box. Every project is run by the person who pitched it.
They redrew our label four times without once asking us to approve a mood board. The fifth version went to print and the reorder rate moved within a quarter.

One shop became four in eighteen months. The identity had to survive being painted by a signwriter, printed on a receipt and cut into vinyl by someone in a hurry.

A 96-page grower's almanac printed once a year on uncoated stock. Two inks, no photography budget, and a deadline set by the harvest rather than by us.

Even a rough one. We read everything and answer within two working days — if it is not for us we will usually say who it is for.
